Morris Chestnut is set as a lead in ABC’s sci-fi drama pilot V, according to The Hollywood Reporter….Morena Baccarin will play a lead in the ABC drama V,. a re-imagining of the 1980s miniseries about an invasion of aliens known as Visitors and the resistance against them. Baccarin will play Anna, the leader of the Visitors who is remarkably knowledgeable about human culture and media manipulation.
V is a re-imagining of the original 1980s miniseries, about an invasion of aliens known as Visitors and the resistance against them. It will center on a female Homeland Security agent.
Chestnut will play the woman’s boyfriend, who has a dark secret: He is a Visitor.
Scott Wolf is set to co-star on ABC’s sc-fi drama pilot V, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
V, from Warner Brothers TV, is a remake of the original miniseries, set in the future, in which the human race is ruled by aliens known as the Visitors. Wolf will play a career-obsessed TV newscaster who becomes the aliens’ propaganda outlet.
Written on spec by The 4400 co-creator/executive producer Scott Peters, the new V will center on a female Homeland Security agent.Peters is executive-producing the pilot with HDFilms principal Jason Hall.
