Via RedState, I have a particular interest in Bishop since he is my mom’s Critter and he routinely votes the opposite of how his constituents would like him to:
Despite being totally slammed by constituents Bishop proudly admits the Cap and Trade intent. Watch the interaction that takes place at about 3 min 50 sec into the video on cap and trade.
