BSGcast: ‘The Plan’ review

By Mat and Nat at BSGcast:

http://BSGcast.com for a chance to win dinner with Admiral Adama! Jane Espenson and Edward James Olmos were the people in charge on this one: Olmos was there for every episode that went into making The Plan happen in Season 2, and Jane was there for none of them and it shows.

BSGcast: Interview with Michael Trucco (Sam Anders)

Courtesy of the ever-awesome BSGcast/ YourGeekNews:

In keeping with our apparent theme of beloved characters who die in the back-10 of the final season, Nat had the chance to chat with Michael Trucco, the actor behind Samuel T. Anders, the resistance-fighter-turned-cylon (or would he really be the cylon-turned-resistance-fighter?). He tells us his thoughts on the finale, working with Katee, playing injured in a tub of goo, and what’s next for him in his acting career.

BSGcast: Interview with Lt Gaeta (Alessandro Juliani)

Courtesy of  YourGeekNews/BSGcast:

Nat had the chance to sit down with Alessandro Juliani, the multitalented Canadian actor behind her favourite character, Lt. Felix Gaeta. Find out what he had to say about the finale (SPOILER WARNINGS!), the mutiny arc and get a glimpse into the mystique of the man… the MAN-stique.

SciFi pushes back planned Fall airing of BSG: The Plan…

Alternate models of Six in The Plan

Alternate models of Six in The Plan

M’kay. If they are doing it to increase DVD sales, well they suck. They made plenty on DVD sales by splitting every frakkin BSG season into half seasons. I didn’t watch Caprica for this very reason. ie Season 4, Season 4.5…

Our previous posts on BSG: The Plan here

MovieWeb:

It seems that a highly-anticipated sci-fi TV movie won’t be airing in 2009 after all. Air Lock Alpha is reporting that the two-hour TV film Battlestar Galactica: The Plan won’t be airing in 2009 on the SyFy Channel.

It wasn’t clear why the move was made, but a possible suggestion was that the movie was bumped in order to maximize DVD sales. Battlestar Galactica: The Plan is still set for a DVD and Blu-ray release on October 27…
